Whilst calling Rudo in to go for his obedience class Chris' big toe managed to meet up with said dog, and edge of patio door resulting in a broken toe and a rather impressive laceration. All is now stuck back together with the combined forces of two Hamilton medical teams, two nights in the Waikato Hospital and a trip to the operating theatre! Suffice to say Chris is feeling a wee bit fragile and will be on crutches and in plaster for about 6 weeks! OOps..... I've set up the ironing board a bit lower so she will be able to reach it from the the reclining chair....
